Genetic resistance of pear cultivars to fire blight

چکیده

The economic damage accompanying the fire blight is expressed both in loss of crops and costs associated with uprooting infected trees restoration fruit plantations.  Pear characterized highest rates susceptibility to blight. Development genetically resistant cultivars one crucial aspects managing blight, which would allow foregoing current economically or ecologically unsound methods such as removal plants application antibiotics on early stages development. In this research, a five-year monitoring distribution was performed among collection pear growing pomological garden. ‘Ajdana’ ‘Kirgizskaya zimnyaya’ showed resistance E. amylovora according results field inspections. infection occasions for every cultivar were confirmed by direct indirect PCR. bear alleles CH02F06 marker, additionaly carries allele TsuENH017 marker. ‘Talgarskaya krasavica’ ‘Lesnaya Krasavitsa’ are susceptible but at same time their genomes include
